Fresno Hospital fined 175K for having a leaving a Physician Assistant in charge of an open heart operation

Actually, if you read it the PA was not at fault.  The cardiovascular surgeon left the OR, and the PA was forced to close and finish the operation.  Only the patient never stopped bleeding (that's bad).  The surgeon had to be called back.  The Physician Assistant was fired, while the surgeon was suspended a whole seven days (what a joke).

Physician Assistant in trouble for having MD listed on her linkedin

D Lea Mallison is a Dallas area physician assistant who operated a skin care business.  She went to medical school, well kinda of Medical School it was located in an Antigua.  She graduated but never did a residency.  So she decided to put MD after her business profile.  Only problem is, she is not one.  She has to appear in front of the Physician Assistant licensing board of Texas, now.

Georgia Physician Assistant kills 5 year old girl with a lethal dose of Lidocaine

A 5 year old girl presented at this PA's urgent care clinic with a broken arm.  He apparently injected Lidocaine in order to perform a closed reduction.  Only problem he was not licensed to perform that procedure.  The girl died from a toxic dose of Lidocaine.  The Physicians Assistant's name was Allen Imes.

Oklahoma Physician Assistant indicted for Murder for patient deaths under his care

Kenneth Adams was more interested in having sex, then caring for his patients.  He ignored signs of a fatal stroke in one of his victims because he wanted to "get some".  He also watched a boy die because of severe burns and did not thing.  Nice fellow he sounds like.
